STEP 1: MELT CHOCOLATES AND FILL MOLDS
In the microwave, melt the candy coating on half power in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. Remove when 3/4 melted and continue to stir until completely melted. (Do not overheat) Fill the lamb mold and gently tap it on the counter to remove any air bubbles. Place the mold in the freezer until firm, 15-20 minutes or so. Gently flip the mold to release the lambs. Let the two sides come to room temperature and then adhere the two halves together with additional coating. Repeat with remaining coating and remaining colors.
