ORANGE CREAM CHEESE ICING
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
zest of one orange
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp salt
1.With the paddle attachment, beat the butter just until smooth.
2. Add the cream cheese and orange zest and beat until combined.
3. Mix in the vanilla and scrape down the bowl thoroughly.
4. Add the powdered sugar and salt to the bowl and mix on low just until combined.
