Line tray with parchment. Cut bananas in half. Skewer each banana with a popsicle stick leaving half of the stick exposed. Place in fridge.
In a microwaveable bowl, melt the candy coating in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is almost melted. Remove and continue to stir until completely melted.(Do not overheat)
Dip each banana in coating, leaving some banana exposed and use a spoon to help distribute the coating if necessary. Gently shake off any excess coating and then immediately spoon sprinkles on top with a spoon.
Place the tray in the freezer until party time.
