STEP 1: MAKE OREOS
Place half the coating discs in a microwave safe bowl and heat on half power, stirring every 30 seconds or so until melted. (Do not overheat the coating or it could burn).
Fill each mold cavity 1/3 full and then tap the mold on the counter to settle the coating and remove any air bubbles. Gently press an Oreo into each cavity, until the coating around the sides reaches the top of the mold.
Place the mold in the freezer for 15 minutes and then flip the cookies out. Repeat this whole process until you've used up all your melted coating.
STEP 2: TOP COOKIES WITH BOWS
Melt the pink coating the same way that you melted the white. Spoon a little coating into each mold and then drop the mold on the counter a few times to spread the coating. Then, use a spatula to or other flat sided tool to scrape across the mold to remove any excess coating.
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes and then flip them out of the mold. Attach each bow to a cookie using a dot of melted coating.
