INSTRUCTIONS

Melt 6 oz. of dark candy coating in the microwave on half power, stirring frequently until melted. Stir in 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil and combine thoroughly. This will make the chocolate thinner and better for drizzling. In a separate bowl, microwave 12 oz. of white candy coating.

Melt your chocolate for drizzling

Place the Oreo cookie mold on parchment or wax paper to catch the mess. Dip your fork in melted dark chocolate and very quickly drizzle back and forth in the same direction over each mold cavity. Don't drizzle in circles.

Drizzle chocolate back and forth

Next, spoon white candy coating in to each cavity, filing them 1/3 of the way full.

Fill each mold with melted white chocolated

Lift and drop the mold a few times until the coating is settled and flat.

Tap the mold to get the coating to settle

Press an Oreo evenly into each cavity. If you want to spoon more chocolate on the back of each cookie to seal, you can. We didn't.

Press each Oreo into the mold evenly

Place your mold in the freezer for 15 minutes until the Oreos are firm. Flip the mold and pop out the cookies. You'll have small chards of chocolate drizzle hanging off the edgoe of each cookie. Break these off with your fingers.

Freeze and pop out the Oreos from the mold

Spoon a touch of melted white candy coating on the back of each sugar mold animal and attach to the top of a cookie.

Place the sugar mold animals on the Oreos

Voila! Now you have an amazing assortment of Winter Woodland Oreos in no time at all!
